Immokalee CRA hard at work during summer

 If you're one of those folks who thinks nothing much happens in southern Florida in the summer, you'd be among those folks who are flat wrong. 

The Immokalee CRA is hard at work on a variety of projects including wrapping up the important storm water project in South Immokalee, helping Immokalee businesses reconstruct buildings and much more. 

The Immokalee Business Development Center (IMMBIZ) has been opening its computer lab, networking and encouraging new Immokalee businesses and representing the community at trade shows. 

All that activity and more will be recapped Wednesday when the Immokalee CRA's citizens' advisory committee meets in its regular month session: Wednesday, July 18, 8:30 a.m. at Southwest Florida Works (the One-Stop Shop), 750 South Fifth Street. 

As always, the meeting is open to the public and all are invited to attend.
